Essiac was studied by the Canadian Parliament and The Royal Cancer Commission and in 1938 was declared to be a valid remedy for cancer. In the 1950s Rene worked with Dr. Charles Brusch in Cambridge, Mass. Dr. Brusch, who was John Kennedy’s personal physican, also declared Essiac to be a cure for cancer.
